Local artist, Sandy Noto, has been an impressionist oil painter since 1970. She has exhibited her work throughout New York at venues such as the Victory State Bank, the Broome Street Gallery, the Muddy Cup, and the Perking Latte.Sandy has studied at the National Academy, the Art Students’ League and the Art Lab, as well as privately. She is a member of the Staten Island Artists’ Association, the Artists’ Federation, the South Shore Artists’ Group, and the Harbor Artist’s Guild.
